There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was not offered. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Brown: Page 2, line 25, after "a": Insert "class A misdemeanor." Page 2, lines 26 - 31: Delete all material. Representative Brown moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Martin objected. Representative Mackie rose to a point of order regarding debating a bill not before the body. The Speaker stated the point was well taken. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?"
